My acceptance composition for Karlheinz Stockhausen’s last masterclass…

In 1992, in Northern California, I was privileged to experience 3 very large earthquakes (7.1, 6.5, and 6.3) in the span of 24 hours. At the time I had been conducting experiments with Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio transmissions emanating directly from the earth. Fortunately, I was able to record the VLF transmissions from these quakes.

Exploration Science was created as a repository for exploratory research on the topics of Ether Physics, Biotechnology, Electrical Theory, Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Plant Research, Radio Science, Alternative Energy, and more. Today there are many emerging fields of scientific endeavor, and while many apply a purely quantitative methodology, a qualitative analysis is included as well. With that stated, all research must be substantiated by reproducible results.

Exploration Science was founded by Michael Theroux, former director of Borderland Sciences Research Foundation (1995-2000). Mr. Theroux began working with BSRF in 1987 under the directorship of Thomas Joseph Brown, and became Director himself in 1995. During his tenure as Director, Theroux orchestrated and conducted several research projects, many of which continue to this day.

All research reprints, articles, reports, and white papers found on explorationscience.org are free of any charge – the site is dedicated to open collaborative effort among researchers in all of the affiliated sciences.

From the 2003 album, In the Belly of a Whale, “Lev and Clara and Frank”

An homage to: “Lev” Termin – inventor of the theremin, “Clara” Rockmore – the theremin’s greatest virtuoso, and “Frank” Zappa – one of the great 20th century composers.

Here’s a radio show I did way back in 2004 on computer security – nearly ten years ago – the relevant part of it is that much of what I discussed in the interview is only now coming to light.

I just received in the mail, a long out-of-print library copy of my book, “Rhythmic Formative Forces of Music” that was published in 1995. While most of the work is authored by me – it contains appendices to include the works of Margaret Watts Hughes, and Horace Leaf – pertinent addendums to the work.

“Windows Crushed My Axe” from the debut album entitled, In the Belly of a Whale – recorded in 2005.

In the early years of the new millennium, I started work on a project entitled, “M. Illness.”  At the time I was infatuated with the works of James Joyce, Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart, and the result culminated in three albums of music. Here is one song from that era entitled, “Drumstick Jacket Outcry.” The song incorporated 3 separate but distinct time signatures, with ostinato harmonies throughout, and as JM said, it “had a back beat narrow and hard to master.” (These albums will be posted in their entirety here shortly).
